Fall is officially here, and I am one happy lady! The leaves are just beginning to change here in Seattle. The grocery stores are filled with Halloween candy, and the temperature is hovering right around 65 everyday. This time of year is amazing! I am not your standard Fall loving girl. I begin my fall season in the beginning of August it seems. Although, I always try to wait until at least September.
My pumpkin spice latte is a thing of dreams. I create a pumpkin milk and combine it with a fresh espresso shot, and add freshly shaken whipped cream, it’s just delicious!
- 6 ounces of coffee split between the cups, or two shots of espresso
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
